My Story

 

Growing up, I made several attempts to learn how to cook, but I never fully committed. It wasn’t until the COVID-19 lockdown that I finally decided to dive deep into the kitchen. At first, my motivation was surprisingly simple: I wanted to be able to tell my future children the story of how I learned to cook during a time of isolation.

 

Six years later, that journey has become something much bigger.

 

The Kitchen Revolt is where I share my personal experiences with food, cocktails, restaurants, and the ideas that have shaped the way I eat and cook. It reflects my belief that the kitchen should be a place of diversity, curiosity, and artistic expression—not a place limited by tradition or convention.

 

I’ve always been someone who enjoys swimming against the current. I don’t consider myself a chef or an expert. I’m simply someone who refuses to stop learning, questioning, and experimenting. Every recipe, every cocktail, and every restaurant visit is another opportunity to challenge my own assumptions and push beyond what’s familiar.
